Look forward to a cyclo tour of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, witness the crystal clear waters of Ha Long Bay on a Junk Boat cruise, enjoy a leisurely cruise on a private boat along Perfume River, marvel at the jungle clenched Ta Prohm temple and get an insight into the Vietnam war at the underground Cu Chi Tunnels. The last few days will be spent in Cambodia where you can visit the UNESCO heritage site of Angkor Watt, the largest religious monument in the world and an experience that you will never forget.

Day 1: Hanoi
Upon arrival at Hanoi Airport, you will be welcomed by one of our representatives and then transferred to your accommodation where you will check in and then enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Hanoi
Look forward to exploring Hanoi and its fascinating rich history, state-of-the-art shopping malls and glistening temples. Embark on a full day tour of Hanoi’s major attractions including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and Stilt House, the Ho Chi Minh Complex, the Presidential Palace, the One Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature. You’ll then head on to visit the Museum of Ethnology, Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi’s fascinating Old Quarter for a one hour cyclo tour. This exciting city tour will end with an entertaining water puppet show.

Day 3: Ha Long Bay
Today you’ll head to Ha Long Bay and pass by some stunning rural areas. From the town you’ll join a 5 hour cruise on board a junk boat to explore the emerald waters of Ha Long bay. Prepare to witness outstanding natural beauty of limestone islands with beaches and caves as well as tropical rainforests. During this tour you can enjoy a swim in a hidden cove and visit some secret grottoes underneath the bay’s cliffs.

Day 4: Ha Long Bay, Hanoi & Hue
Start your day on board the Junk boat’s sundeck with Tai Chi and complimentary tea & coffee served, followed by breakfast. Your cruise will continue around Ha Long Bay and around midday you’ll head to Ha Long city. You’ll then travel to Hanoi airport and embark on a flight to Hue. When you arrive at Hue’s Phu Bai Airport, you’ll catch a transfer to your hotel.

Day 5: Hue
Today you’ll join a city tour of Hue and visit great attractions including the Forbidden Purple City, the Citadel, Hue Imperial Museum, Dong Ba market and the grand Hue Imperial Palace of Nguyen’s last dynasty. Your day will end with a leisurely cruise along the Perfume River where you can enjoy listening to some traditional music.

Day 6: Hue, Da Nang & Ho
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel then climb on-board a private boat for a cruise of the stunning Perfume River. You will then be visiting the Heavenly Lady Pagoda and the Tomb of Minh Mang. Then you’ll head to Hoi An, passing the Hai Van mountain pass and stopping in Da Nang for a quick visit to the Cham Museum and the handicraft villages of Marble Mountain. Upon arrival in Hoi An, you’ll check in and then can enjoy some leisure time for exploring the city.

Day 7: Hoi An
Today you’ll embark on a half day walking tour through the Ancient Quarter - a paradise of historic monuments and narrow streets. You’ll be visiting attractions such as Chinese Assembly Halls, Chua Ong Pagoda, the Japanese Covered Bridge and Tam Ky House. After the tour you have some leisure time to either relax or perhaps do some shopping.

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City
Today you’ll be transferred to Da Nang International airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon your arrival at the airport, you’ll be welcomed by one of our representatives and then taken to the underground Cu Chi Tunnels. This tremendous network of tunnels symbolizes historic Vietnam and gives visitors an insight into life during the Vietnam War. Afterwards you’ll head back to HCM city for your hotel-check in and the rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh
Today includes a tour of HCM city. Pass through the City Hall and the Saigon Opera House and visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Saigon Central Post Office. Afterwards you’ll enjoy a tour of the Reunification Palace and visit the War Remnants Museum for a historically-enriching experience. Then you’ll head to the historic centre and visit the spectacular Emperor of Jade Pagoda. During the afternoon you’ll head on to explore Cholon, HCM’s China Town and visit the Binh Tay Market and the Thien Hau Temple. Your tour ends at the Ben Thanh Market.

Day 10: Mekong Delta
Your day starts with a scenic drive to Cai Be, where you can stop in Tan An town to admire its picturesque rural areas and take some excellent photos. Upon your arrival, you’ll embark on a boat cruise around Cai Be’s floating market which is an unforgettable and unique experience. After disembarking you’ll visit some small villages and green orchards, really taking in the exquisite beauty of this tranquil region.

Day 11: Siem Reap - Cambodia
In the morning you’ll be transferred to the airport for your onward flight to Siem Reap in Cambodia. You’ll then be taken to your hotel and in the afternoon you’ll visit the Angkor National Museum, an archeological paradise filled to the brim with interesting exhibits that illustrate Cambodia’s ancient Khmer Empire and Angkor Kingdom.

Day 12: Angkor Wat
In the morning you’ll explore the Angkor Wat, an ancient temple complex with magnificent historical beauty. You’ll then visit Ta Prohm, a fascinating site of crumbling towers clutched onto by a living jungle. Then you’ll explore the great city of Angkor Thom and pass through the Terrace of the Elephants and the Victory Gate. You’ll then head onwards to Preah Palilay temple and afterwards visit Phimeanakas temple & Bayon temple. The final part of this tour includes a visit to Phnom Bakheng Hill, where you can witness the glorious sun set over Angkor Wat and views of the picturesque Tonle Sap Lake.

Day 13: Tonle Sap Lake
Look forward to visiting Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake today. The lake is home to around 300 fresh water fish species as well as turtles, crocodiles, snakes, otters and water birds, so you’ll spot some great wildlife here. You’ll then enjoy a quick stop at Temple Wat Athvea, an interesting Hindu & Buddhist temple. Thereafter you’ll visit Artisans Angkor craft store and later in the afternoon visit Siem Reap’s town and Siem Reap Old Market.

Day 14: Depart from Siem Reap
Today you have some leisure time which you can perhaps use do some last minute shopping. Afterwards you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
