MAHARAJA EXPRESS HERITAGE OF INDIA
Day 1 (Sunday) –MUMBAI
The journey will start from Mumbai Taj Mahal Palace Hotel where the welcome and registration will be done. Afterwards, proceed for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Railway Station of Mumbai and proceed towards Udaipur in the luxurious train. Enjoy lunch and dinner onboard.
Day 2 (Monday) –UDAIPUR
Have breakfast onboard and get ready to go for a boat ride on Lake Pichola followed by the visit to City Palace and Crystal Gallery. Enjoy lunch at Satkar Hall of Fateh Prakash Palace. By 4PM return back to Maharaja Express or you may also choose to enjoy activities like spa at a hotel or local city tour. Enjoy dinner onboard and the train will proceed to Jodhpur at night.
Day 3 (Tuesday) –JODHPUR
Enjoy breakfast onboard and get ready for the optional tour to Bishnoi Village by deboarding at Rohat Railway Station. In the afternoon enjoy lunch onboard and then get ready to visit Mehrangarh Fort followed by a walking tour of the old clock tower market and enjoy a joy ride on tuk-tuk. At 5.30PM you will be taken for an exclusive cocktail dinner at an exclusive venue and then return back to the comfort of the train as the train will proceed to Bikaner.
Day 4 (Wednesday) –BIKANER
Have your breakfast onboard while enjoying the countryside views. By 10AM you will reach Bikaner and then you can opt to take an optional city tour or you can relax onboard. Enjoy lunch onboard and then get ready to visit Junagarh Fort followed by sundowners at Sand Dunes. Have fun at the Sand Dunes followed by cocktails, barbecue and folk dances. After a full day of fun, return back to the train as the train will proceed to Jaipur.
Day 5 (Thursday) –JAIPUR
Enjoy breakfast onboard as your train will reach Jaipur at 9.30AM. Get ready to explore the grandeur of Amber Fort. After sightseeing, enjoy lunch at Rambagh Palace Hotel. In the evening relax in the comfort of the train or enjoy optional activities like a spa or local city tour. Have Dinner onboard and the train will proceed to Sawai Madhopur Ranthambore.
Day 6 (Friday) –RANTHAMBORE - FATEHPUR SIKRI
Early morning you will reach Ranthambore and you will be taken for an exciting drive at Ranthambore National Park where you can enjoy the natural beauty and you can spot wildlife. Around 9.30AM return back to the train and have a delectable breakfast onboard as the train proceeds for Fatehpur Sikhri. Have lunch onboard and then, get ready to explore the deserted Mughal City of Fatehpur Sikri. In the evening return back to the comforts of Maharaja Express & enjoy an Indian evening followed by tempting dinner onboard.
Day 7 (Saturday) –AGRA-DELHI
Early morning you will reach Agra and then you will be taken for a visit to the majestic Taj Mahal followed by champagne breakfast at Taj Khema. Once done with breakfast, return back to the train as the luxurious train will proceed to Delhi. Enjoy lunch onboard and by 3.30PM disembark and bid farewell to the Maharaja Express as your incredible journey will end here.
