Best Time to Visit Bahrain - Weather
Bahrain offers plenty of sunshine all year round, with scorching hot summers between May-September and mild warm winters between October-April. Monthly rainfall is minimal throughout the year aswell, and the driest time to visit is between February and October. We recommend visiting during the winter season as the humidity is low and temperatures more comfortable, however you may need a jacket for the evenings and on cooler days.

Al-Fateh Grand Mosque

The mosque itself has an impressive interior with Italian marble flooring and a fibreglass dome with stained glass windows.
Bab-al Bahrain – Manama Souq
The historic Bab-al Bahrain building marks the entrance to the iconic Manama Souq, which is one of the country’s oldest marketplaces. Here you can gain an insight into Bahrain’s rich culture, shop for bargains on souvenirs like handicrafts, perfumes, spices, or incense, and sit back at one of the local cafes for some people-watching.

Qal’at al-Bahrain
Qal’at al-Bahrain, aka the Bahrain Fort is a famous archaeological site and former Portuguese military location that has been well-preserved, gaining a UNESCO World Heritage Site title. The fort now also hosts as a visitor centre and museum with a series of preserved artefacts. City breaks to Bahrain are not complete without a visit to this iconic site!
