Competition Terms and Conditions: 

1. Promoter The promoter of this competition is Brightsun Travel, 14 Hanworth Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW3 1UA, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility This competition is open to UK residents only who are turning 40 in 2026. Employees of Brightsun Travel and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period The competition opens at 12:00 PM on 4th February 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM on 20th February 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter To enter, participants must:

• Like the competition post
• Follow Brightsun Travel on social media (Instagram and Facebook)
• Comment with their birth month

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize The prize is one Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate per winner, celebrating Brightsun’s launch year of 1986. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

7. Winner Notification & Timescale Winners will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter. Please note that winner selection and prize distribution may take up to one month from the competition closing date.

8. ID Verification To claim the prize, winners must provide valid photographic identification confirming their age. Accepted forms of ID are a valid passport or UK driving license. Failure to provide valid ID within the requested timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. Claiming the Prize Winners must respond within 3 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this timeframe, Brightsun Travel reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

10. Data Protection Any personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

11. General This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or Cadbury. Brightsun Travel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time. The promoter’s decision is final.

12. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
