Visiting Prague in winter is a charming experience, as the city's medieval
architecture, cosy atmosphere, and festive markets create a magical ambiance.
Prague's Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square transform into magical
Christmas markets during the holiday season. Visitors can warm up with
traditional Czech treats such as trdelník (sweet pastries) and grilled sausages,
pair food with a glass of Czech beer, browse handmade crafts, and marvel at the
illuminated Christmas tree. Christmas concerts also take place in some of the
city's beautiful churches and concert halls.
