United First Class
United First is offered on all flights. United First passengers check in at separate counters and can use priority security screening where available. On board, passengers receive a pre-flight beverage service, table linens and a five course meal. Passengers are also given priority when boarding, priority baggage handling and access to the International First Class Lounge. Flying United Airlines gives passengers access to a different lounge facilities like Arrivals Suites, Red Carpet Club, and United First International Lounges. One of the Arrivals Suites is to be found in London as well.
In Flight Meals
United is pleased to provide customers with a luxurious dining experience aboard on aircraft. United proudly feature multi-course meals, graciously served by attentive flight attendants. Sit back, relax and begin your journey with signature warm mixed nuts accompanied by your favorite premium spirit, a regional specialty beer or a glass of one of award-winning wines. Courses include specially selected appetizers, freshly prepared salads, scrumptious soups and your choice of delicious entrées, seasonal fruits, artisan cheeses and decadent desserts. Travelers may also customize their dining experiences based on their preferred eating schedule. Simply select any item from complete menu and tell a flight attendant what time you would like to dine. At any time during your flight, you may also choose from a variety of light and refreshing snacks to curb your cravings. Later in the flight, United offer additional options: hot sandwiches, chilled salads, light breakfasts, fresh fruits & savory snacks.

Service
United also offers an International First Lounge which feature snacks and a self-serve bar at several airports. Access is restricted to customers traveling in long haul international first class or P.S. first class. Seven lounges are currently operated in seven different airports worldwide. United also offers United Arrivals Suite service which has shower facilities and complimentary breakfast. Access is restricted to international United First passengers. There are presently four Arrival Suite locations including London, San Francisco, Chicago, and São Paulo. |

On Board Entertainment
United Airlines spoils its patrons with a host of entertainment avenues like movies, TV programmes, and music. Further more, there are gourmet meals and excellent alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. During the flight, one may also indulge in some duty free shopping and pick up goods from a plethora of choices. United's personal video tape system places the power of the box office in your hands. Start, stop or pause whenever you wish—it's up to you. Personal video tape systems are available in United First on select 777 aircraft. |

United Economy Class Seat
United Economy is available on all internationally configured aircraft in United's fleet. Seats range from 17 to 18 inches wide, and have 31 inches of pitch. All United Economy seats on Boeing 767-300ER and 777-200/200ER aircraft feature an adjustable headrest and a 5 inch personal television at the back of each seat.

In Flight Meals
United serves free meals on international flights between the US, South America, Europe, the South Pacific and Asia. Shortly after takeoff, passengers will enjoy a beverage service with complimentary snacks, soft drinks and premium liquors, beer and wine. Alcoholic beverages are complimentary on flights within Asia and on international trans-Pacific flights, and they are available for purchase on all other international flights. We serve complimentary meals on most international flights. Meal service will consist of salad, appetizer, a choice of hot entrees, and dessert. On longer flights United also offer a light pre-arrival meal.

On Board Entertainment
United Economy's in-flight entertainment system on these aircraft features nine channels of entertainment (Seven films and two short-subjects). The B777-200/200ER's will be updated in the future to Audio-Video-on-Demand (AVOD) with a 7 inch Panasonic eFX touch screen LCD. Boeing 747-400 aircraft do not feature seatback television however they include overhead LCD panels throughout the aircraft and larger LCD screens on the bulkheads. |
